Acupressure massage is based on traditional Chinese medicine; therefore, it does not affect muscles only but also the energy flow throughout the body. Gentle strokes, massaging the skin in the direction of meridians, relax blockages and restore the balance of impaired energy flow. The aim of acupressure massage is alleviation of musculoskeletal problems and elimination of pains of organic origin - gently and without needles.
Aromatherapy is one of the oldest treatment methods in the world. Scents affect the mood, arouse emotions, and tranquilize. They work well against states of insomnia, depression, but also against muscle pain and many other troubles. For the massage, essential oils are used, often called sensual science. Aromatherapy massage combines the effect of the scents and the massage itself. The organism is brought into a state of deep relaxation, where it has the chance to regenerate, and to cope with stress and tension. Also, the immune system is activated, tissues get warmed, and waste products get washed away.
Reflexive foot sole massage is a complex of acupressure, reflexive therapy, and manual therapy of muscles and joints. This special method can positively affect the function of internal organs and restore balance of the autonomic nervous system. On the foot sole, there is a microsystem, i. e. images of all organs, glands, and other parts of the body, such as the spine, joints, and muscles. The legs are relaxed after the massage, walking is softer. With proper stimulation of individual spots, the overall health state is influenced; an overall relaxation and detachment from everyday stress set in.
Classical massage is a series of mechanical impulses. It is part of a therapy, aiming at relaxation of stiff muscles and painful contractions. Other effects include stimulation of metabolism, tissue nutrition, and blood circulation. Classical massage meets also the relaxation function; it is an excellent means of stress relief and mental relaxation. For a better effect, it is recommended to warm up the body before the massage.
There are diseases and injuries that cause stagnation of lymphatic and blood circulation. For these reasons, metabolic disorders may occur, potentially developing into lymphedemas. The lymphatic massage works as a pump - lymphatic vessels dilate, the lymph flow gets improved and restored. Lymphatic drainage is a painless manual method, performed by a specially trained therapist. The goal is to promote lymphatic drainage of the affected tissue using specific strokes and gentle pressure. The greatest effect is achieved when combined with machine lymphatic massage.
60 minutes / 30 minutes
This is a mechanical overpressure massage of the lower limbs. The actual device is supplemented with drainage sleeves for the lower limbs and abdominal belt. The sleeves have several chambers that gradually inflate and massage intermittently, driving the redundant liquid from the periphery to the center of the body.
Most headaches are caused by cervical spine problems, some of them are primary - the migraines. A massage can successfully alleviate these difficulties; the effect is very calming and analgetic. With special gentle and slow touches, spots in the face, on the head, neck, and shoulders are massaged.
20 to 30 minutes
With reflexive massage, we treat hyperalgetic skin zones that are related to internal organ diseases or to deep muscle dysfunction. The therapeutic effect occurs through neural connections. The physiotherapist uses specific touches, adapted to the current health condition of the client. There are three distinct massage sets - for the neck, chest, and pelvis. Reflexive massage is used with chronic diseases of internal organs, and with functional, degenerative, and chronic diseases of the spine and joints.
