Kinesiotherapy

Group Physical Exercise
It is a physical exercise moderated by an experienced physiotherapist which is performed in small groups of clients having the same type of disorder. This exercise consists of the following stages: warming-up, the main part – particular techniques based on the diagnosis, and the final part. In the final stage, the physical effort gets less intense and is followed by relaxing and stretching exercises. Certain activities also require the use of different tools. This therapy is aimed at the improvement of your mobility, stimulation of certain muscular groups and the enhancement of your physical health.

Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a wide range of special methods supervised by an experienced physiotherapist, including i.a. mobilization and soft tissue techniques. Sometimes a vertebral blockade (e.g. due to a brusque movement or after an accident) may occur and may result in a limited, painful or even impossible mobility. Mobilization techniques help to remove these blockades. A range of painful disorders in the locomotive system is caused by dysfunction of soft tissue. The treatment is often easy using the so-called soft tissue techniques which help to relieve the muscles, muscular fascia, hypodermis as well as derm and creates and overall state of well-being.
